Seiko Astron SBXD011 – Commission

The Seiko Astron SBXD011 continues Seiko's innovative tradition, offering cutting-edge technology in an elegant package. The model is equipped with an ultra-thin GPS solar movement 3X22, which ensures extremely accurate time thanks to automatic synchronization via satellites.

The movement was developed for the 50th anniversary of the Astron series and stands out not only for its compact dimensions (only 11 mm in height) but also for its functions – solar power, GPS time control, and a fully automatic calendar. Synchronization occurs twice a day, with the hands adjusting independently and reacting instantly to time zone changes.

The design features a precisely crafted steel case with a hardened finish, complemented by a ceramic bezel with 16 facets. The clear dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The date display is located at 3 o'clock, and luminescence on the hands and indices ensures good readability even in the dark.

The watch has a diameter of 39 mm, a height of 11 mm, and water resistance up to 100 meters, making it an ideal companion not only for the city but also for swimming.

In addition to the leather strap with a deployant clasp, the watch also comes with an original steel bracelet.
