Easy and clear watch returns

If you ordered a watch through our e-shop and the item does not suit you for any reason, as a consumer, you can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Below you will find a clear guide, on what to prepare, where to contact us, and how to safely return the goods.

Important Returning goods is not the same as making a complaint. If the goods have a defect, the procedure is handled according to the claims policy. If you only want to return the goods without giving a reason, this is a withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

We handle returns fairly, but the condition of the watch is crucial.

Luxury watches are sensitive to condition, completeness of packaging, and signs of use. You can examine and try on the goods to the extent necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and functionality. If excessive use, damage, or incompleteness occurs, the refunded amount may be proportionately reduced.

Process

How product returns work

We have designed the entire process to be simple. First, you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, then you safely send the goods back, and after checking their condition, we will process the refund.

Notify us of the return

Fill out the form below or email us. Include your name, order number, email, and a statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase agreement.

Carefully pack the goods

Return the watch securely packaged, ideally in its original packaging, with documents, card, box, spare strap links, and other accessories.

Send the shipment back

Send the goods to the seller's address. We recommend insuring the shipment and not sending it cash on delivery to avoid unnecessary delays.

Inspection and refund

Upon delivery, we will check the condition and completeness of the goods. We will refund the payment using the same method it was received, unless otherwise agreed.

Documents for quick processing

The more accurate information you send us, the faster we can match the return with the order and check the condition of the returned goods.

Order number

Provide the order or invoice number so that the return can be quickly traced.

Proof of purchase

Attach a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, or send it by email.

Complete packaging

Box, documents, card, manuals, links, straps, and all accessories.

Bank account

If the order was not paid by card or online payment, please provide the bank account number for the refund.

Where to send the goods

Please do not send the shipment cash on delivery. For more expensive goods, we recommend choosing insured shipping, careful packaging, and keeping the shipping receipt or proof of dispatch.

Do I have to state a reason for return?

You do not have to state a reason for withdrawal from the contract within the 14-day period. However, we would appreciate it if you did, as it helps us improve our services.

Return conditions

The seller is not obliged to refund the money at all, or is entitled to proportionally reduce the refunded amount, if the buyer does not return the goods complete, if there are visible signs of use on the goods exceeding permissible testing, if protective films, seals, tags, or security labels have been removed or damaged, if the goods have been modified, mechanically damaged, or damaged during return transport due to inadequate packaging.

The seller's claim for damages incurred on the goods (§ 1833 of the Civil Code) is subject to the seller's right to unilaterally offset against the buyer's claim for reimbursement of the purchase price (§ 1982 of the Civil Code).

When will I get my money back?

We process refunds after the withdrawal is processed and the returned goods are checked, usually by the same method as the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed.

What if the goods have a defect?

If the goods have a defect, it is not a normal return, but a complaint. In such a case, follow the claims procedure or contact us at shop@infinitywatches.cz.
