Returning watches simply and clearly
If you ordered a watch through our e-shop and the item does not suit you for any reason, you, as a consumer, can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Below, you will find a clear guide on what to prepare, where to contact us, and how to safely return the item.
Important Returning an item is not the same as a complaint. If the item has a defect, the procedure is handled according to the complaint policy. If you only want to return an item without stating a reason, it is considered withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

We handle returns fairly, but the condition of the watch is crucial.
Luxury watches are sensitive to condition, packaging completeness, and signs of use. You may inspect and try on the goods to the extent necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and functionality. If there is excessive use, damage, or incompleteness, the refund amount may be proportionally reduced.
Procedure
How returns work
We have designed the entire process to be simple. First, you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, then you safely send the goods back, and after checking their condition, we will process your refund.
Carefully pack the goods
Return the watch securely packed, ideally in its original packaging, with documents, card, box, spare strap links, and other accessories.
Send the shipment back
Send the goods to the seller's address. We recommend insuring the shipment and not sending it cash on delivery to avoid unnecessary delays.
Inspection and refund
Upon delivery, we will check the condition and completeness of the goods. We will refund the payment using the same method it was received, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Conditions
When the refunded amount may be reduced
The seller is not obliged to refund the money at all, or is entitled to proportionally reduce the refunded amount, if any of the following cases occur:
- The buyer does not return the complete goods, for example, the original box, warranty card, certificates of authenticity, accessories, or manuals are missing.
- The goods show signs of use exceeding permissible examination, such as scratches, wear and tear, traces of sweat, cosmetics, or other substances on the case, crystal, strap, or clasp.
- Protective films, seals, tags, or security labels have been removed or damaged.
- The goods have been modified, for example, shortening the strap, engraving, changing links, interference with the movement, or other modifications reducing the value, with the reduction value corresponding to the cost of restoring the watch to its original condition, up to the full purchase price.
- The goods have been mechanically damaged, scratched, broken, or affected by liquid beyond permissible examination.
- The goods were damaged during transport back to the seller due to inadequate packaging by the buyer.
The seller's claim for damages incurred on the goods (§ 1833 of the Civil Code) may be unilaterally set off by the seller against the buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price (§ 1982 of the Civil Code).

Where to send the goods
Please do not send the shipment cash on delivery. For more expensive goods, we recommend choosing insured shipping, careful packaging, and keeping the shipping receipt or proof of dispatch.

Do I have to state a reason for return?
You do not have to state a reason for withdrawal from the contract within the 14-day period. However, we would appreciate it if you could provide one, as it helps us improve our services.
