Nodus – Unity Vitreous Pink

Whether it's the colours of flower petals, the texture of tree bark, or the iris of the human eye – the natural colours and materials of the world around us serve a purpose that is as much functional as it is aesthetic. It is from these natural phenomena that the Unity collection draws its inspiration.

Within a compact 36.5mm case made of 316L surgical stainless steel lies a surprising depth of craftsmanship. The star of each model is a fixed bezel with a ceramic insert, coloured and polished to seamlessly integrate with the case and visually blend with the sapphire crystal. The hybrid dial combines a sandwich construction with applied indices, while the highly polished bevels of the hands literally mirror the surrounding world – significantly enhancing legibility.

The dial is crafted using the vitreous enamel method: glass powder is fused directly into a metal base at over 700°C, creating an enamel surface that will never fade, peel, or age. The result is a characteristic liquid depth and a high-gloss, milky appearance that reflects light in a way a regular lacquered dial never can.

Unity watches are designed and assembled in Los Angeles. They are powered by the proven Miyota Cal. 9015 automatic movement with a 41-hour power reserve, regulated by Nodus to an accuracy of ±8 s/day.

Pink does not evoke weakness but rather a softness with the power to captivate. The Vitreous Pink dial features the color of a cherry blossom – light yet not audacious. The vitreous enamel lends this shade extraordinary vibrancy: light refracts within its surface, leaving the impression of a lively, almost translucent dial.

A fixed ceramic bezel in a matching tone creates a seamless transition between the glass and the case – no sharp edges, no unnecessary elements. The polished sides of the case underscore this purity.
