Nodus – Sector II Sport – Marigold

The Nodus Sector Sport II is a mechanical self-winding wristwatch, designed as a contemporary interpretation of classic sports and "explorer" models from the mid-20th century. The model combines a simple and clear dial aesthetic with a robust case construction and versatile wearability, suitable for both everyday use and active situations.

The case is made of 316L stainless steel with a diameter of 38 mm, a thickness of approximately 11.7 mm, and a lug-to-lug length of around 47 mm, providing balanced proportions on the wrist. The construction includes a screw-down crown and a screw-down case back, ensuring 100 m water resistance, suitable for everyday use including contact with water.

The dial is designed with an emphasis on clear time readability without unnecessary complications. The dial surface typically has a glazed or sector-structured finish, which adds depth and visual interest, with color accents and details varying by specific variant – for example, the "Marigold" version has striking warm accents in contrast to the base dial color. The indices and hands are applied and equipped with Swiss Super-LumiNova®, which enhances readability in low light.

The watch is fitted with a Seiko TMI NH38 (no-date) automatic Japanese movement with 24 jewels and approximately 41 hours of power reserve. The caliber provides reliable operation and, thanks to hacking (the function of stopping the seconds hand), allows for precise time setting.

The model comes standard with a stainless steel bracelet with a 20 mm → 16 mm taper and a proprietary NodeX clasp with micro-adjustment, which allows for fine-tuning of the length without the use of tools. The watch can also be easily combined with other straps of the same lug width for personalized styling.
