International Shipping and Customs

We ship orders from Infinity Watches to customers throughout the European Union and to selected destinations worldwide. The conditions below explain how VAT, customs duties and other import charges are handled depending on the destination.

European Union

For orders delivered within the European Union, the price displayed at checkout includes the VAT rate applicable in the customer's country of delivery.

This means that the price you pay at checkout includes all applicable VAT and you should not have to pay any additional customs duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

Your order is shipped from within the European Union, so there are no customs procedures or import duties for deliveries to other EU member states.

Countries outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the European Union are generally shipped without EU VAT, where applicable under EU export rules.

Please be aware that the price paid to Infinity Watches does not include any import duties, local VAT/GST, customs fees or other charges that may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are normally collected by the courier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery.

Import regulations and applicable charges vary between countries. We therefore recommend checking the relevant customs and tax requirements in your country before placing an order.

United States

For shipments to the United States, US import tariffs, duties, taxes and customs or brokerage fees are not included in the price displayed at checkout or in the shipping cost.

Any tariffs or other import charges applicable to your order under US law are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the shipping carrier or US customs authorities.

The amount of any applicable tariff or import charge depends on the product, its country of origin, its declared customs value and the regulations in force at the time of import. Infinity Watches cannot guarantee the exact amount of such charges before the shipment is assessed by the relevant authorities.

Customs documentation and declared value

All international shipments are accompanied by the documentation required for customs clearance. We provide accurate information regarding the contents, value and country of origin of the goods where required.

We always declare the actual transaction value of the goods. We do not mark commercial shipments as gifts or artificially reduce their declared value.

This ensures proper customs clearance and compliance with applicable regulations and also protects the shipment in the event of loss or damage.

Delivery and tracking

International orders are shipped using reliable courier services and include shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service and customs clearance process. Any customs inspection or delay caused by local authorities is outside the control of Infinity Watches and may extend the estimated delivery time.

Customs clearance and refused shipments

The recipient is responsible for providing any information or documentation requested by customs authorities and for paying any applicable import duties, taxes or other charges.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because the recipient does not pay the required import charges, provides incorrect delivery information or otherwise prevents successful delivery, any costs incurred by Infinity Watches in connection with the return, storage or handling of the shipment may be deducted from any refund due.
