VARIO's Futurist model is a tribute to the bold design of the 1970s – a time when humanity looked to the stars and everything seemed possible. The era of the space race, when technology, art, and imagination combined into visions of the future, served as inspiration. It is from this time that the Futurist draws its shapes, materials, and expression.

The 316L stainless steel case features distinctive geometric lines and a hand-milled texture reminiscent of sunbeams, creating a variable sheen when light hits it. This is complemented by a faceted sapphire crystal, whose beveled edges reflect light much like the surface of a spaceship. The dial with a sunburst effect and smoky gradient smoothly changes shades depending on the light, while applied indices and color-matched hands emphasize the watch's futuristic character.

Inside, a reliable Miyota 9039 automatic movement with a power reserve of over 40 hours operates, offering precision and durability consistent with modern standards. 10 ATM water resistance provides sufficient protection for everyday wear, and with dimensions of 39 mm in diameter and 10 mm in height, the watch looks balanced on most wrists.
