The Vinyl Electric Teal combines one of the most distinctive designs from AndoAndoAndo with the bold color world of Tessé. The well-known Vinyl Record Watch has this time dressed up in a combination of rich Electric Teal and contrasting orange, which gives it a whole new energy.

The core concept remains typically Ando: taking something familiar and translating it into a watch with a bit of humor and perspective.

A vinyl record that tells time

The dial is based on the geometry of a classic vinyl record and its rotating movement. Concentric circles and a prominent center create a graphic composition that references the physical form of vinyl without making the watch look like a cheap imitation of a gramophone record.

It is the collaboration with Tessé, however, that changes the character of the entire model. Their signature combination of Electric Teal and orange brings an aesthetic inspired by graphic design and the color language of the 70s.

Two straps, two different looks

The package includes two straps that can significantly change the character of the watch.

The first is a specially created suede leather strap with distinctive orange edges. It gives the watch a more classic and at the same time slightly retro look.

The second is the signature orange rubber Cut-To-Size strap by Tessé with a fine texture resembling a basket weave. With this one, the more playful and sportier side of the collaboration stands out.

A single watch thus gets two quite different personalities.
