Kleine Schauer are among the purest and most characteristic watches created by Jörg Schauer. He considers them one of the best examples of his philosophy of reduction and functionality. The timeless design was even awarded the prestigious German prize Goldene Unruh in 2000.

Jörg has now prepared a special edition for INFINITY Watches with a black dial and an automatic Swiss Sellita SW200 movement. This special edition was produced in a series of only 5 pieces.

Twelve Screws. Twelve Hours.

The hallmark of Kleine Schauer is the bezel held by twelve visible screws, which naturally follow the twelve hour positions. Together with the simple black dial, they create a distinctive technical look that makes the watch instantly recognizable.

The black dial with contrasting elements supports excellent readability and gives the watch an almost instrumental character. Nothing here is superfluous – the typography, hands, and case construction are all subordinated to functionality.

Small in size, not in character

The name Kleine Schauer itself suggests that these are compact watches. Their classic proportions are perhaps even more relevant today than when the model was created.

They feel natural and comfortable on the wrist, but thanks to the distinctive bezel and twelve screws, they certainly won't go unnoticed. It's a beautiful example of a design that never tried to follow fashion trends, and therefore doesn't feel outdated even after more than twenty years.
