The ruby center of the dial is framed by a platinum-coated ring with a delicate sunray texture, whose subtle color transition accentuates the rich red of the gemstone and adds elegance and depth to the whole.

A characteristic element of the SB04-E is also the sapphire disc with applied metal indices – even hours are diamond-cut polished, odd hours are adorned with a Y-shaped motif inspired by the Eiffel Tower, reminiscent of the founder's Parisian roots. The disc is only 0.3 mm thick and features double-sided anti-reflective coating for a perfect view of the dial.

The hands are slender, diamond-cut, with a linearly brushed finish and Super-LumiNova® BGW9 infill. The tip of the seconds hand has a polished diamond-cut point. The same luminescent material fills the front face of the crown, which glows gently in the dark as a nocturnal signature of the model. The crown combines three finishes for excellent grip and comfort on the wrist.

The stainless steel case alternates polished and brushed surfaces with perfectly polished facets and appears optically slim thanks to the characteristic concave bezel and separate short lugs. Although it measures just over 10 mm in height, it appears even more subtle thanks to a clever play of light and shadow.
