Universal GMT Watch
The Nodus Sector II Dive GMT is a sporty mechanical model that combines classic dive watch construction with a practical GMT complication for displaying a second time zone. The model is based on the second generation of the Sector platform and is designed as a versatile "tool watch" suitable for both travel and everyday active use.
The case is made of 316L stainless steel and has a diameter of 38 mm, which widens to approximately 40 mm due to the bezel, a thickness of 11.9 mm and a lug-to-lug length of 47 mm. The construction includes a screw-down crown and screw-down case back, ensuring water resistance of 100 m. The watch is fitted with a box-style sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on the underside, whose design allows the dial to be moved closer to the glass for a very compact case profile.
A characteristic feature of the model is the unidirectional rotating bezel with 120 clicks, equipped with a proprietary piston-system mechanism, which ensures precise bezel operation while limiting the ingress of dirt into its construction. The bezel is complemented by distinctive knurling for a secure grip even in demanding conditions.
The dial is based on the typical sector layout, which uses separate surfaces, different textures, and printing of individual scales. It includes a 24-hour scale for the GMT hand, allowing a second time zone to be tracked, while the central hands display local time. The indices and hands are filled with Swiss Super-LumiNova BGW9, which ensures good legibility in low light conditions.
Inside the watch operates an automatic TMI NH34 (GMT) caliber with a frequency of 21,600 vph and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The movement is regulated by Nodus to an accuracy of around ±10 s/day.
The watch comes on a steel three-link bracelet with a 20 → 16 mm taper, equipped with quick-release spring bars and the proprietary NodeX / Nodus Extension Mechanism clasp, which allows fine adjustment of the bracelet length directly on the wrist.
The Nodus Sector Dive GMT represents a modern interpretation of sporty travel watches – combining compact dimensions, robust construction, and practical GMT functionality in a technically sophisticated design conceived and finally assembled in Los Angeles.

About the brand
Nodus is an independent American watch brand based in Los Angeles, founded in 2017 by long-time friends and watch enthusiasts Wesley Kwok and Cullen Chen. Since its inception, the brand has positioned itself as a development-oriented company focused on the design and construction of modern mechanical watches that combine functional design with a high level of technical craftsmanship.
The brand's philosophy is based on the idea of "purpose-built watches" – watches designed for a specific purpose. Nodus models draw on the tradition of classic tool-watch categories, such as dive, field or sports watches, and complement them with contemporary design elements and modern manufacturing processes.
An important part of the brand's identity is also its own development of technical solutions and components. Nodus has long invested in researching manufacturing processes and design details – from micro-adjustment clasp systems through bezel construction to optimizing cases and other functional elements. Watches are designed and finally assembled in Los Angeles, where they undergo inspection, regulation and testing before being shipped to customers.
Thanks to a combination of thoughtful design, robust construction and an emphasis on technical details, Nodus has built a strong position among independent watch brands in just a few years. The collections today include a wide range of sporty models – from versatile everyday watches to specialized tool models designed for active use.
