The MAEN Manhattan 37 Ultra-Thin Stone Dials combine the elegant sports design of an integrated bracelet with the beauty of natural stone and an exceptionally thin construction. The result is a watch that, at first glance, appears luxurious and sophisticated, yet remains surprisingly subtle on the wrist.

The natural stone dials deserve the most attention. MAEN deliberately kept their design very clean to highlight the natural patterns of the material itself. The collection offers three variants – Black Onyx, Golden Swan, and Snowflake Obsidian. Each stone has its own unique texture, color shades, and character, so no two dials are exactly alike. This gives each watch a truly individual look.

Black Onyx offers a deep, almost mirror-like black surface, appearing very elegant and versatile. Golden Swan brings warmer golden tones and a more distinct pattern, while Snowflake Obsidian, with its dark volcanic base, is complemented by natural light flecks, making each dial utterly unique.

A significant feature of the model is also its ultra-thin 37mm case, which is only 7.1 mm high. Thanks to the use of the hand-wound La Joux-Perret D101 movement, MAEN managed to reduce the case thickness by approximately 24% compared to the original Manhattan 37. The watch therefore sits very low and naturally on the wrist, which is particularly impressive for an integrated steel bracelet.

Inside works the Swiss hand-wound movement La Joux-Perret D101. It has 18 jewels, operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, and offers approximately 50 hours of power reserve. The movement is visible through the open sapphire case back, where the blued screws and Côtes de Genève decorations stand out. The mechanics are thus not only the technical heart of the watch but also part of its overall visual experience.

The 316L stainless steel case is complemented by an integrated steel bracelet with a butterfly clasp. The bracelet has a gradually tapering construction and consists of individual links that allow it to be adjusted to the wrist. The combination of satin-brushed surfaces and polished chamfered edges follows the case's finishing and creates an interesting play of light.

Although the watch is very elegant due to its construction, it is not merely a social accessory. 100 meters of water resistance, a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, and a robust steel bracelet make it a very practical watch for everyday wear. With a diameter of 37 mm, a lug-to-lug length of 47.4 mm, and a weight of 121 grams, it also offers a very interesting compromise between the striking presence of an integrated bracelet and the comfort of a smaller case.

The MAEN Manhattan 37 Ultra-Thin Stone Dials are interesting precisely because they combine several elements not commonly found in a single model: an integrated steel bracelet, natural stone, a truly ultra-thin case, and a hand-wound Swiss mechanical movement.
