Maen – Manhattan 39 - Half Link

MAEN Watches is an independent watchmaking brand founded in 2017 by Dutch designers Jules van Helvoort and Sebastiaan Cortjaens. The idea originated in Stockholm, where they both lived and decided to create a brand combining Nordic sobriety with a Dutch sense of design and detail.

MAEN focuses on modern mechanical watches inspired by classic shapes of the 60s and 70s. Model lines such as Hudson, Skymaster, and Manhattan are based on historical archetypes, which the brand interprets in a contemporary way – with compact dimensions, precise craftsmanship, and Swiss movements.

Thanks to its clean design, direct approach to customers, and emphasis on quality, the brand has quickly become one of the most interesting new European microbrand manufacturers.
