LIP Churchill T24 Model
The T24 model is a larger variant of the popular T18 model. The Art Deco style dial of the T24 model is inspired by the period model worn by Winston Churchill, further enriched with an attractive guilloché with Roman numerals, thermally blued hands, and a small seconds hand at 6 o'clock.
The Churchill collection offers a wide range of models available in several sizes. The color palette of the dials is also available in several shades. These models are available with quartz or automatic movements. A true essential for watch lovers who appreciate Art Deco design and timeless elegance.
The dial is silvery white and adorned with a delicate symmetrical pattern that highlights the plastically applied Arabic numerals and black hands. A small seconds sub-dial with an effective sunburst finish is located at the 6 o'clock position.
The dial is "silver engine-turned," meaning it is decorated with a fine engraved pattern creating elegant reflections and depth.

Size Matters
The T24 model is a slightly enlarged version of the basic T18 model. It is therefore more suitable for those looking for a slightly proportionally larger watch while still maintaining the style of the basic T18 variant.
From our own experience, we can confirm that the T24 model fits perfectly on an 18 cm wrist and definitely does not appear small.
For those looking for a larger watch, the T24 model could certainly be an interesting alternative.

An Indelible Mark in the Horological World
Among watch collectors, the most sought-after watches are probably those launched in the 1950s and late 1960s. At that time, LIP helped the then practically unknown brand Blancpain with marketing and selling their waterproof watches. Models from this period bear not only the Blancpain logo but also the LIP logo on the dial. Moreover, initially, the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms series were indeed powered by the Lip R23 movement.
LIP watches also made history by being the first brand to introduce electric watches in 1952. The watch worn in space by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin in 1961 was powered by a licensed LIP movement.
