The Kudoke Handwerk collection — which means "handicraft" in German — is powered by the Kaliber 1 movement and includes four models.

About the model

This method of displaying time can be called unconventional or a "two-handed watch with four hands." While minutes are traditionally displayed by a large blue steel hand over the upper ring of the dial, hours are displayed on an attached plate divided into three sections located lower on the dial level. The hours are indicated by a unique hand with three arms of different lengths, which moves between two dials. This simple yet unusual design offers an innovative and aesthetically interesting way to display time.

For an additional charge, KUDOKE offers options for a more decorated movement, with all such modifications done by hand. Similarly, a full gold case is available for an additional charge. Images of decorated movements and watches with a gold case can be viewed in the product gallery.

About Stefan Kudoke

Stefan Kudoke was born in Frankfurt on September 18, 1978. From 1995 to 1998, he completed his watchmaking education at Hoffmann watchmaker's jeweler in Frankfurt and in Glashütte, Saxony. He has been a master watchmaker since July 2001. Subsequently, he studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Lausitz in Senftenberg and the Institute of Technology in Letterkenny (Ireland), specializing in marketing and design. He gained his professional experience at Atelier für Komplikationen at Glashütte Original and in New York at Breguet, Blancpain, and Omega.

Since March 2004, Stefan Kudoke has been working as an independent watchmaker. Exactly one year later, he founded the KUDOKE brand, aiming to produce luxury watches with a high degree of personalization.

In 2018, Kudoke debuted his own caliber, Kaliber 1, whose architecture is based on Habring Felix's designs. This caliber was used in the Kudoke 1 and Kudoke 2 models, which were presented with AHCI at Baselworld in 2019. The Kudoke 2 won the "Petite Aiguille" award for watches in the price range between CHF 4,000 and 10,000 at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in November 2019, marking its first win.
