About the model
The exclusive special edition features a blue goldstone dial and a hand-guillochéd movement bridge, which literally demonstrate the endless possibilities of watchmaking art.
The goldstone dial, also known as aventurine glass, fascinatingly catches the light, creating a sparkling interplay that draws attention. Goldstone, glass interwoven with fine copper particles, gives the dial a unique luster and a deep texture reminiscent of the mysteries of the universe.
However, the centerpiece of these exceptional watches is the hand-guillochéd movement bridge. The finest lines adorn the white rhodium-plated bridge, forming a pattern that, starting from the matte balance cock, resembles a shining star.
The shape of the hands of the "KUDOKE ∞" watch also echoes the theme of infinity. As with existing models in the HANDwerk collection, the hands are designed in the shape of the infinity symbol, making the watch a truly harmonious work of art.
About Stefan Kudoke
Stefan Kudoke was born in Frankfurt on September 18, 1978. From 1995 to 1998, he completed his watchmaking education at the jeweler and watchmaker Hoffmann in Frankfurt and in Glashütte, Saxony. He has been a master watchmaker since July 2001. Subsequently, he studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Lausitz in Senftenberg and the Institute of Technology in Letterkenny (Ireland), specializing in marketing and design. He gained professional experience at the Atelier für Komplikationen in Glashütte Original and in New York at Breguet, Blancpain, and Omega.
Since March 2004, Stefan Kudoke has been working as an independent watchmaker. Exactly one year later, he founded the KUDOKE brand, aiming to produce luxury watches with a high degree of customization.
In 2018, Kudoke debuted his own caliber, Kaliber 1, whose architecture is based on Habring Felix designs. This caliber was used in the Kudoke 1 and Kudoke 2 models, which were presented with AHCI at Baselworld in 2019. The Kudoke 2 won the "Petite Aiguille" award for watches in the price range between 4,000 and 10,000 CHF at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in November 2019, which was its first win.
He is a member of AHCI.
