What happens when you combine a passion for historical timepieces with classic playing cards? Vintage Watches Playing Cards by the French Éditions de la Tour represent an original deck of 52 cards, each dedicated to a different historical watch.

The selection of all 52 models was curated in collaboration with James Lamdin, founder of the New York boutique Analog:Shift and a respected expert on vintage watches. Each model was chosen not only for its design, but also for its story and significance in the history of horology.

The watch illustrations are ingeniously incorporated directly into the graphics of the cards. On the number cards, they resemble technical drawings, while on the Kings, Queens, and Jacks, they become part of the characters themselves. The result is a deck that delights not only during play but also when closely examining each individual motif.

Quality that matches the content

The cards are standard poker size 63 × 88 mm and are printed on premium 310 g/m² paper with a fine linen finish. The special Black Core technology uses a black inner layer that prevents light from shining through and increases durability during use.

The packaging also deserves attention. An elegant burgundy box with an alligator skin texture, embossed logo, and varnished details is additionally encased in a textured paper sleeve with gold foil stamping.
