Eric Yeh, a watch enthusiast and watchmaker, decided in 2016 to go independent and make watches according to his own vision. This is how the Havaan Tuvali brand was born. Under this brand, Eric has the opportunity to unleash his creativity and find original solutions for his ideas, thus creating truly unique watches. Watches with the Havaan Tuvali logo are unmissable, especially due to the use of interesting materials and their design. Eric manufactures most of the parts himself - e.g., dials, hands, and sometimes even cases. Given the materials used, or rather their availability, the offer of these limited models is time-limited.

Technical details:

Vintage yet very contemporary

Compared to most models from Havaan Tuvali production, the "Broadway 40" model offers a rather unusually large case. Eric thus met the requirements of some clients with larger wrists. As with smaller cases, Eric used NOS cases here as well, which are between 30 and 40 years old. Since these pieces are so-called New Old Stock (NOS), they may show minor surface imperfections. Eric carefully selects undamaged pieces and renovates the rest himself.

Unique dial

The dial of the new model is entirely handmade. The lacquered surface is carefully applied using traditional techniques, and the metal ring on the dial is filled with a unique mixture of bronze and gold powder. This process gives the dial depth, a subtle sheen, and a unique character. The dial is also a "sandwich" type, meaning the base under the dial is coated with a luminescent paint, which makes the numbers glow in dim light and darkness.

The production of watches is limited – partly due to production capacity, and also the number of cases Eric has available. It is therefore a unique opportunity to acquire a truly original and unique vintage piece with a timeless design.
