About the Model
The Habring² Oskar Moon is an elegant mechanical watch that combines classic design with the poetic complication of moon phases. It was created as part of the brand's twentieth-anniversary celebrations and follows the iconic Felix model.
The Austrian manufacture Habring² is known for its independent approach, in-house movement construction, and precise manual craftsmanship, which is reflected in every detail of this model.
The stainless steel case has a diameter of 38.5 mm and a height of approximately 9 mm, ensuring perfect proportions for most wrists. Beneath the domed sapphire crystal lies a white lacquered dial with Breguet numerals and blued hands. At the six o'clock position, a sub-dial subtly combines a small seconds hand and moon phase indication, lending the watch both a romantic and traditional feel.
Inside, a hand-wound in-house caliber A11Ups operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour with an approximate 48-hour power reserve. The movement is richly decorated and visible through the sapphire case back. Water resistance of 30 meters is suitable for everyday wear but not for swimming.
The Oskar Moon represents a harmonious blend of classic aesthetics, quality watchmaking, and a delicate poetic element. It is an ideal choice for lovers of independent brands who appreciate technical precision, timeless appearance, and distinctive character.

Who is behind Habring²
Mechanical watches made with love by the ecological farmers of independent watchmaking, as brand founders Maria and Richard Habring call themselves. The brand's main specialization is offering fascinating complications at very attractive prices. With an annual production of 200 watches per year, made by a small team of watchmakers in Austria, Habring² can arguably be considered the smallest true "manufacture."
Richard and Maria founded Habring² in 2004 and shortly thereafter developed their own in-house movements. They have won the prestigious Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève four times!
