The Brew Black and Gold model represents the most compact version of the collection, with a case diameter of 30mm and a lug-to-lug length of 34mm. Both the case and case back are made of 316L stainless steel with a gold PVD coating, and the case thickness is 10.55mm. The dial features an elegant black dial texture and subtle applied indices. Powering the watch is a Miyota 6T27 automatic movement, offering 5 ATM (50 meters) water resistance, a sapphire crystal, and a stainless steel bracelet with a combination of brushed and polished surfaces, equipped with a quick-release system. This model embodies minimalist elegance, versatile proportions, and the Brew brand story: combining retro-inspired design with precise craftsmanship for everyday wear.

The brand's founder, Jonathan Ferrer, who studied industrial design and works as a lecturer, transformed his passion for watches and coffee into a meticulously crafted collection.

Brew watches are designed to capture the aesthetic of industrial espresso machines – contrasts of colors and elements, emphasis on texture, and copper or black accents evoke the atmosphere of a café and a machine work simultaneously. High-quality materials are used (e.g., CNC-machined 316L stainless steel case), along with hand-polishing and brushing, and each piece undergoes rigorous testing to ensure reliable daily wear.
