Seconde Française consists of collections of two limited-edition watches that embody the concept of a free and unconventional perception of time. A distinctive feature of this collection is the oscillating seconds hand, which not only measures time but also adds a unique design element.

Elegant watches with circular hands

The 19.24 Midnight Blue watch features a deep enamel dial. Fine details, such as the pad printing and the finishing of the hands, harken back to the watchmaking artistry of the last century. The overall impression is completed by the seconds hand, which gracefully hovers under the domed double-domed glass.

These unisex watches are powered by a French-made mechanical movement with automatic winding. The watch has a hidden crown at the 3 o'clock position.

The Seconde Française model, reference number 19.24, features a classic instrumental aesthetic. Its design evokes nostalgia and recalls watches from the last century, while also incorporating elements referencing the heritage of the Beaubleu brand.

About the brand

Beaubleu is a French watchmaking brand founded in 2017 by designer Nicolas Ducoudert. Since its inception, Beaubleu has strived to push the traditional boundaries of watchmaking, offering a unique perspective on time measurement. For the Seconde Française collection, Beaubleu partnered with the historic France Ebauches factory, thus emphasizing the company's focus on quality French movements. The close relationship between France Ebauches and the Swiss manufacturer Soprod allows Beaubleu to offer a 5-year warranty.

The Ecce Vitruve collection is equipped with Japanese Miyota 9015 movements. The movements are further regulated to -9/+9 sec/day, and the watches are thin with a height of 3.90 mm. Beaubleu offers a 5-year warranty on all watches as a guarantee of confidence in the choice of movement and partner.
